"a wonderful place for a holiday. we were two families of 8 people. We were enchanted by the place. the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a day full of impressions. We highly recommend it to people and families who are looking for an atmospheric, magical place. the hosts were very nice and helpful. We regret that our vacation lasted only two weeks. I will add that the base was great, less than 10 km to the A1, so it was very nice. We also greet the hosts."

"The house and all the property was wonderful with spectacular view. We were a family of 16 people, with infants, children and teenagers and everyone loved the place. Each family had their private space of bedrooms and bathrooms and there is a possibility of having a private kitchen as well even though we chose to use only the common kitchen. The only thing that could be better in the common kitchen is a bigger fridge, as there are so many people. The house is soundproof, meaning we didn’t hear...

Great central point for quick trips to Orvieto and Sant Angelo. Both rooms, the pool and the yard are exquisite. The dinner with products from the farm or nearby producers is an absolute must! "

"We had a great stay in one of the apartments. The atmosphere felt genuine and the personnel was very friendly. Breakfast (Italian style) was served at the premises, for lunch/dinner a car is needed to reach most restaurants in the area. Enjoyed a wine tasting with some of their self-produced wines. All in all, good value for money and a very pleasant stay. The nice pool area was an extra plus"

"The farm is located just outside of Perugia and well positioned if you want to visit different towns in the area such as Assisi. The hosts do not serve a breakfast but rather leave you items in the fridge and in a basket. On one occassion we received fresh eggs. We enjoyed our stay "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Veronika's place and it's proximity to Orvieto (about a 25 minute drive away). During our stay we visited Todi, Assisi, Amelia and Lake Bolsena. We shopped every day at the Coop in Orvieto near the autoroute. The kitchen was very well equiped. We enjoyed cooking in the evening. The only thing to flag for others - if you are driving and you have a very big car - the dirt track to the property is very, very narrow and our car only just fit! Hence the reason we...

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby...
