The proprietors are warm, welcoming, and responsive. It is lovely having ample space, a large bed. Parking is an important option. Note, breakfast is not provided. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Home away from home

Simply fantastic! The best place in Orvieto; no question about it. Francesca and her family treated us like family and made this the most memorable moment of our weeks-long stay in Italy. Everything was perfect. Looking forward to go back to Italy just to spend time in this spectacular accommodation and destination. You won't regret it.

Our host Francesca is a sweetheart. The B&B is cute and located perfectly. The parking is near and free (Francesca parked our car!) Kitchen for tea or breakfast coffee very nice perk. Did not use the washer. Our only drawback was returning to the property from a sunday day trip when they closed off the access streets.

The location is convenient, but very hard to find. The room we stayed in is actually a cute apartment, with refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker. The owner provided onsite parking for a small fee so we didn't have to park far below.She didn't tell us how to turn the heat on and was delayed in turning it on both days.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Orvieto!

This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! I personally like the lofted bedroom area, and appreciate that there is a refrigerator and stove (for small cooking needs). The WiFi works well (in the back half of the apartment) and even though it is not air conditioned, even during the warmer temps we experienced, the apartment never felt overly warm. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

Il b&b è molto carino e ben tenuto, si trova nel centro di Orvieto a due passi dalla via centrale e dalle principali attrazioni. Ottima la pulizia. Essendo un palazo d'epoca molto fresco, ma anche umido. Nel nostro appartamento non c'erano finestre e balconi, solo piccoe finestre a compasso in alto, perfetto per una/due notti, forse non passerei una settimana. Bagno senza bidet e con asciugamani per la doccia puliti ma usurati, decisamente da cambiare. Box auto comodissimo per la vicinanza ma molto piccolo e difficoltose le manovre. Da migliorare il check-in, dotandosi di mascherine e gel disinfettante per l'accoglienza. Non è stato possibile pagare con bancomat o carta di redito ma solo in contanti. Un po' delusi dalla proprietaria che alla partenza ci ha rilasciato una ricevuta non fiscale e solo dopo segnalazione e nostra richiesta ci ha inviato quella fiscale.
