"A bit expensive"

"One of our best stays in Italy so far! Super easy to get to from the airport, just pick up your rental car and go. We arrived after the sun had set, even in the dark it was easy to find. Absolutely lovely, just like the pictures! I will say of all the places we have been in Italy, this was the most authentic and real Italian stay. We have been to the Dolomites, Venice, Florence and Rome-they all felt very tourist. This was Italy-exactly what you want to experience. You HAVE to enjoy the restaurant-dinner and breakfast! The only time on our trips we have had real home made pasta-the juice at breakfast was the best and their eggs so fresh! Rooms are old and absolutely beautiful! The whole stay was the perfect start to our trip! You would be lucky to stay here! "

"Great place. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room could use a microwave and the breakfast cost was not included. However, the traditional Italian breakfast was delicious and very worth the price. We had no problem with noise and the location is perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. We had lunch at Montanucci Caffe on the main street and it was awesome. We highly recomend it."

"Simonetta was delightful and explained everything very well. When we needed her she responded quickly. The little house is adorable and had everything we needed. The view- Fantastic!! A lovely patio and chairs to sit on as we sipped the wonderful wine from her vineyard and enjoyed the view. We also enjoyed meeting her son who runs the wine shop and helped us decide with our tastings. Orvieto is an ancient city not to be missed. "
