"We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. The full breakfast was included and it was amazing. A wonderful experience all around. "

"This is a wonderful, boutique hotel. There are only 10 rooms. Every single staff member was amazing! Very kind and helpful. There is a parking garage for your car. The hotel is litereally on the top of a hill. You have to walk up the hill to arrive at the hotel. They do have a golf cart for your bags, but you're expected to walk. The room was spacious and clean. Reception was very responsive in communication both through Expedia messaging as well as Whatsapp. We cannot recommend dinner enough, as the chef prepars delicious food. "

"I would definitely visit here again. Only tissue is if you want to go out somewhere nice it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to lake. We walked a lot but the ladies complained about having to walk that far downhill with nice shoes and difficult if raining. It was very difficult to get transportation for dinner. The hotel did not have a shuttle. "

The restaurant was delicious with exceptional service and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond. We will definitely be back to this beautiful hotel! "
