"Curry (now Half Dome) village is an unpretentious base for walking in Yosemite Valley. It is right on the spot for early starts, and the simple cabins (I was in a tent cabin) avoid the need for camping equipment. Facilities on site are well run and just what is needed. The communal dining hall is very good, reasonably priced, and has a nice atmosphere in the evening. "Very spacious. Excellent sleeping arrangements. Full kitchen. Guests should know that the devote, especially the bathrooms are not updated and have the original hardware from 1980’s, maybe older. Although the place was clean the older bathrooms made you feel like it was not because of the are spots. Otherwise, excellent property."
