"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! While it is a self check in there is always a host to still help with your needs. Using PIN code (or getting an actual card) was different and convenient. Amenities are not in room but the communal area was fully accessible from fridge, microwave, coffee or even cook if you’d like! The room had no TV which forced us to get out of our room and actually played a board game that I now need to buy 😂. Out of my 5 hotels in Switzerland, they had the best pillows and bed. It was also very conveniently located in old town between station and shops. If they are all like this, I’d 1000% stay in one again."

"You can book, check in, and check out without ever speaking to another person… if that’s what you like, it’s great! We certainly missed the human contact. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
