Terrific stay

A lovey experience and a great place to stay. The owner was extremely kind and even picked me up from the train station in a nearby town because I was so late in arriving due to my plane being late. It’s right on the village square and great.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Ganz herzliche und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ansonsten hat man seine Ruhe, keine Rezeption, anstatt Schlüssel einen Code. Kein Stress mehr mit Schlüsselsuche. Rundum Restaurants in teilweise sehr ansprechender Lage. Ich war rundum zufrieden

Very nice, conveniently placed hotel in the center of the village. Newly refurbished and very clean room. Nice staff and good restaurants in the neighborhood. Perfect for trekking in the region.

Als wir vor Ort angekommen sind, war die Umgebung wegen Chilbibetrieb gesperrt. So mussten wir uns in einer fremden Umgebung neu Orientieren. Wir wären sehr froh gewesen wenn wir im Voraus informiert worden wären bezgl. der Chilbi. Dann hätten wir uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht, da ich hochschwanger bin. Als wir dann über die angegebenen Handynummer uns für den Check-in meldeten, wurden wir auf Nachfrage wo es Parklätze hätte, unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen dass dies unser Problem sei einen Parkplatz zu finden. Zudem hat er am Telefon gesagt er komme in ca. 5min, er sei an der Chilbi. Beim Eintreffen des Herrn haben wir ihm unsere Unzufriedenheit mitgeteilt bezgl. mangelnder Info der Chilbi. Mit dieser Kritik konnte er nicht professionell umgehen und wurde merklich gereizter. Als er mir gegenüberstand empfand ich seine ausgeprägte Alkoholfahne als äusserst unangebracht und unprofessionell. Gemeinsam haben wir uns dann entschieden dass wir uns da nicht wohlfühlen werden und wegen der vorgefallenen Situation lieber wieder gehen. (Vertrauenswürdig wäre anders). Diese Gedanken haben wir direkt auch geäussert. Der Herr hat uns zuvor schon gesagt wir sollen doch wieder gehen. Dies sei vielleicht besser. Wir haben nur unsere Kritik geäussert womit er nicht umgehen konnte. Zu guter letzt wurde der ganze Betrag von 190 Fr. auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet, was eine absolute Frechheit ist.

The village is wonderful and Wolke 4 a nice place to stay. Very comfortable and easy to access, our room was new and with all accessories; just a bit warm, as the fan can help but not too much. Expensive but nice.
