Bern hotel stays include a voucher for the tram, and the number 9 tram runs nearby and often and it is a great way to get to and from the old town. We chose this hotel for the parking availability which worked well as we arrived early in the afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying. Beautifully colored shells of the hard boiled eggs! We were very grateful that the gentleman at the front desk recommended that we walk down the Aargauerstalden, an easy walk from the hotel, to see the gorgeous town from the other side of the river. One of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen!"
