View of Piazza Castello & Lake Maggiore
Beautiful l, spacious and comfortable apartment above Piazza Costello with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Apartment is a bit difficult to locate. Parking is limited and distant. Once we arrived at the apartment, our trip was most enjoyable.

The apartment was lovely, modern, & clean. The location was perfect and near restaurants, bus, ferry, grocery, and shopping.

Unhappy times.
Positives: very clean,close to all amenities, baby cot,high chair,dishwasher,washing machine, kettle,coffee maker,new furniture,reliable WiFi,sky tv for those who watch tv. Owner available on the phone at any time. Negatives: Heating was already broken and not sorted in 5 days. First night the temperature indoors was 16°C. I then requested an electric heater which was kindly taken to me at 8pm the following night, but electricity capacity wasn’t enough to heat the flat and cook (induction) or use dishwasher as it would trip, needing to run downstairs to the ground floor to reset the mains each time. I was honest with the owner and told him why I was unhappy but after my stay I was told That the broken part didn’t arrive in time and I could have gone elsewhere for a refund (not easy when it’s low season, and I am travelling on my own with two kids and a baby) instead of offering me any different accommodation due to the lack of basic provision. Sadly no info was given to me after the third evening to keep me updated either. Some kitchen saucepans unsuitable for induction nobs. No appliances manuals and instructions available. NO daily housekeeping, unlike advertised. Furthermore, The flat I was given is not pictured in the advert, it is completely different, dark,its windows overlook the building internal courtyard. Some safety concern for bedroom windows.Customers need to be aware that the flat given might differ from the pictures shown and possibly have no view at all.

I'm sorry about the problem at heating system The air conditioning system was available with hot air, but for the guest it was not enough. All the guests use this system... No comment about photos etc... in our website you can check photos and description of all the apartments

Vorab sehr gute und äusserst freundliche Kommunikation. Alle Informationen via whatsapp erhalten. Bei Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Appartment neu renoviert, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Sehr zentrale Lage. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Kommen gerne wieder.

The guest has not read the instructions to access the hotel and has not contacted us by phone, email or whatsapp despite our constant reminders.He did not stay but only requested a refund.You can change your mind but you can advise or choose a refoundable rate.

Tutto ok ad un passo dal lago e situato in zona pedonale. Ottima location provvisto di ascensore per chi ha problemi di deambulazione Personalmente avrei preferito il check in anticipato alle 13 e l’uscita alle 9

Très bien situé, agréable pour une famille ( couple, deux enfants) Inconvénients: bruits venant des restaurants pour dormeurs sensibles, propositions: plus de vaisselles serait un + (ici juste pour 4) et volet/ rideaux intimité au salon. Remarque: Parking près du lac ou au centre 5 min à pied et payant. merci bcp Marco réception au Top + photos sur @ à jour top👍

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Appartement. Zentral gelegen. Praktisch ist die Schiffsanlegestelle in der Nähe. Manchmal abends etwas laut vom Restaurant im Nachbarhaus. Wir hatten eine guten Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
