"This hotel is tucked away in the central city corner a bit of walk to Orchard road which can be not too pleasant on a hot sunny humid day but good for the body. They do have a shuttle bus to MRT station. Spacious room! Toilet very bright and clean, just only one hook to hang extremely heavy bath towels... Excellent choices for breakfast coffee is a bit bland, but they have this Melaka coffee capsule in room that is delicious! Only if they have a proper gym that would make it perfect!! Decent size pool very relaxing! Best for single or couple travellers."

"Holiday Inn Express, just with the brand and chain, it lives to its name. Nothing fancy, but very practical and close to the transport options and close proximity to major areas. It's also bit away from the downtown rush, but easy transport to the town in 15mins bus ride or taxi. The staff were brilliant and always responsive to any of your requests. Nice small pool and gym, all very accessible and does the job. "
