Your home away from home in Venezia with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This delightful and large loft ( 300 squared metres) in the heart of Venice,
very close to carpark and railway station, offers a soothing and peaceful retreat for guests. The property is calm, far from the crowd and still in a very alive area, on the sunny side of Rio de Cannaregio.
With 2 livings, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Immerse yourself in the charm of Venezia as you explore the city's enchanting canals and historic landmarks. After a day of adventure, return to your cozy haven and relax in the bathtub or take a refreshing shower. With amenities like iron, heating, WiFi ( fiber), flat TV with Netflix, hair dryer, washing and drying machine, and AC, your comfort is our top priority. Fantastic!

The property is as described (great layout, rooms, bathrooms) and is in a terrific area with easy access to the vaporetto. Tessa was a wonderful host and made it easy for us to find the place and check in. She was very helpful!
