Stanza davvero pulita e ben organizzata, con angolo cottura a scomparsa, 2 finestre in camera ed 1 in bagno, frigo( dotato di prosciutto, formaggio, uova, marmellata, nutella e succhi per la colazione), microonde, posate, pentole, sapone per piatti e spugna, pulizia quotidiana con ripristino delle dotazioni, ospite semplicemente perfetto, educato, puntuale e pieno di ottimi consigli per un piacevole soggiorno a Venezia!

Superklasse!

Wir sind von der Unterkunft absolut begeistert. Die Lage ist exzellent und man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten den Markusplatz und ist sofort an der Alademia-Brücke. Abends sitzt man fast vor der Haustür in einem Lokal auf dem Santo Stefano Platz, wo es mehrere Cafés und Restaurants gibt, die gute Bewirtung zu vernünftigen Preisen gibt. Der Hausherr ist sehr nett und gibt als Venezianer gute Tips und Hinweise. Das Frühstück ist optimal, denn der Kühlschrank wird immer wieder nachgefüllt, so dass man sich auch einen Imbiss für unterwegs machen kann, ohne dass es peinlich wird. Von uns also eine rundum positive Bewertung!!

Hidden gem with kinks to work out.

Amazing building- venitian architecture. Was told it was 16th century. Inside updated with all conveniences for a comfy stay. However... No direction regarding entrance to building and where the light switches were! We entered to a large dark vestibul. And they put us on the 4th floor! What the? When we asked about the lights told " its not a problem". Really? Walking up 4 flights of stairs in the dark is a problem. I carry a flashlight but it was not adequate. On our 2nd night we were told where the light switches were at the entrance. A little late to the party but helped the next day. All in all - great place, outfitted well, besides the stiff towels, and close to restaurants.

Great place!

We had a great stay. Giorgio was amazing at giving us tips and local places to visit. The breakfast was very filling and satisfying. It is quiet location that is very centrally located. The bed was a little firm for us, but that would be the only thing we could say.

Great location and a great host

Very friendly and informative host. He gave us lots of tips of where to go and what to do (which is helpful if you want a pleasant stay in tourist-packed and can-be-expensive place like Venice). The location is great and close to all major famous landmarks. Would definitely recommend or return.

El lugar está muy limpio. El desayuno es auto servicio pero muy abundante y te reponen cada día los alimentos. El dueño muy amable y preocupado porque lo pases muy bien. La ubicación impecable te permitía facil acceso a todo. Costo adecuado para la calidad del servicio. Lo único que es necesario.considerar es que hay que subir por escalera. Pasamos precioso y regresaríamos.

Clean, quiet and friendly B&B

Although it is close to the center of Venice (less than 10 min walking from Piazza San Marco), the room (I had one in the upper floor) was very quiet. It was large, clean and included a kitchenette. It also had an air con (which I did not use). The host is very friendly and helpful. He had sent very useful information prior to my arrival including a well-made "how to reach the B&B" that gave an image by image route description, which made it easy to find the place. I enjoyed the stay and will certainly return to this place.

The owner is very helpful, friendly and wonderful. Gave us a map of places to eat and recommendations. He was easy to communicate with before the stay when I had questions. I would recommend!

Fantastic host, breakfast, and stay!

The host is fantastic! I've never felt so comfortable and taken care of. I'd definitely recommend staying here! The only thing is that you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the room and there is no elevator, which would only be an issue if you are traveling with older people.

Wonderful Air B&B style place!

Owner Giorgio is fantastic! Very nice room with kitchenette. Cleaning lady brought full breakfast makings everyday. There is a 60 step walk up because it’s Venice, but it’s clean, comfy, you can cook there and it’s super close to Saint Marks.

Lovely B&B, quiet area, yet in the heart of city!

We had a perfect stay at this B&B! The owner is so kindhearted and helpful. The (prepare-yourself) breakfast was great, and the location was absolutely perfect. it was quiet, charming and within a few minutes of all the touristy spots. We hope to return someday!

Close to st marco

Very enjoyable experience traveling to Venice. Hotel had the right stuff even though it was a bit difficult to find but completely worth it. Owner was too friend and accommodating and made our trip a lot easier. Everything was writhing walking distance. Highly recommend it!

Muy buena ubicación, cómodo el dpto, lo único incomodo y que hay q saber antes de reservar, es q esta en un 3er. Piso por escalera y viaje con mi hijo pequeño y mi madre mayor a quienes se les complicaba un poco. El resto excelente, muy buen desayuno, soy celíaca y siempre tuve lo necesario para un buen desayuno.

Excelente adresse pour visiter Venise

Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçu par le propriétaire; Il nous avait concocté des adresses à voir; Le lieu de séjour est idéalement bien placé pour visiter Venise : 10 min de marche pour la place St Marc et pour voir le Rialto. Great B&B - Santo Stefano

Our experience was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Giorgio, the owner was very welcoming and gave us information on where to eat, places to see and an area map. He also provided food items to make breakfast, which were fresh and delicious. We will definitely visit Santo Stefano again when we are in Venice.
