It’s a lovely property which has been newly renovated good amenities. It’s in walking distance from mestre station making it easy and cheap to get into Venice. Would recommend and stay again.

Riscaldamento un po’ troppo alto poi sono cose soggettive, il telecomando della tv funzionava solo a 5cm dalla tv. Alla reception non c’è quasi mai nessuno

Funcional - sencillo - céntrico.

Es un lugar funcional para descansar por la noche. Se ubica en zona tranquila y céntrica. El desayuno es sencillo, sin oferta de nada salado. Por la madrugada, una de las dos noches que estuvimos nos despertaron para ver si fuimos nosotros quienes cerramos mal una puerta, el dueño bastante enojado con la situación. Fue una situación rara pero superada.

la cosa positiva è senz'altro la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni ,bastano,pochi minuti a piedi. in pratica un appartamento con belle finiture,come da foto,ma decisamente datate,cmq bello visivamente. punti negativi direi il bagno , manca una tenda doccia onde evitare di bagnare tutto il pavimento e aggiungerei un tappetino scendi vasca. la serratura gira un po male ( da sistemare),x il resto tutto bene. la colazione ok .In generale esperienza positiva rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato

L'établissement ne possède pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans l'annonce. Le propriétaire vous dira qu'il y en a un mais pour une seule voiture, ceci n'est donc pas un parking mais juste une place pour sa voiture. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas très copieux et fait uniquement de produits industriels comme les croissants proposés. La douche n'était pas tres propre et ne ressemble pas aux photos.

Value close to the train

On a map, the place looks easy to find.... We dont have phones with working gps and the train station B&B is in a building up a couple floors.... We had to ask for directions but found the unit within ten minutes of exiting the train. The staff is friendly and helped us arrange a taxi to Marco Polo airport at a fair cost. The bed was okay. linen was okay... shared bath was clean. Good water pressure.

Kakerlaken im Zimmer, Dusche eiskalt, angeblich soll man 5-10 Minuten warten bis warmes Wasser kommt, aber es blieb kalt. Zimmer war auch eiskalt, wir haben beide total gefroren. Die Unterkunft ist eine Wohnung mit mehreren Zimmern. Der "WG" Betreuer oder wie man den auch nennen mag, war rund um die Uhr da, hatte aber das Gefühl dass er zu "nahe" kommt und grenzüberschreitend ist z.B. die Frage wo wir hingehen finde ich einfach, geht ihn einfach nichts an. Ich denke er war bemüht und merkte evtl. nicht, dass er oft zu nahe trat und war!? Ist vielleicht eher mein Problem!? Naja, jedenfalls fühlte ich mich dort kein bisschen wohl, aber vor allem Dingen kritisiere ich die kalte Dusche, das kalte Zimmer und die Kakerlaken. Frühstück wurde gemeinsam eingenommen an einem Esstisch mit abgepackten Croissant, 4 Zwieback, wenn man wollte ein kleines Schälchen Cornflakes und Weißbrot mit Nugatcreme, Marmelade, Kaffee, Tee und Saft.

Its far from the «heart of Venece» so the location was bad, we were asigned to a different place than we had ordered, and it was a terrible room, no breakfast, a huge spider in the bathroom (which was bad), so we stayed there for like one hour just to find another place to stay. WE MOVED HOTELS cause it was so bad.

Desde la estacion de bus y tren se tarda 3min andando, esta al lado de la parada del bus que lleva a Venecia centro (linea 2) hay supermercados cerca. La habitacion es grande, al menos la dole que yo escogí, baño privado y con calefaccion y terraza. Nos dejaron usar la nevera. Hay un salon muy espacioso donde se puede ver la television o leer un rato, hay una cocina y comedor. El recepcionista muy amable. Sin duda un lugar muy bonito y grande. Nos fuimos muy contentas de ahí.
