Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Nous avons réservé une chambre qui ne ressemble pas à la photo. La tête de lit en tissus n’était pas propre, le sol était très sale (beaucoup de moutons de poussières, saletés). Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne que quelques secondes. La machine à café est sûrement entartrée car le café ne s’écoule pas correctement. Nous n’avions qu’un rouleau et demie et papier toilette pour 6 jours et pas de réserve, nous avons donc dû en acheter. Nous n’avons pas reçu le code de la clé à temps et avons dû appeler l’assistance. Grosse tache d’humidité dans la chambre. La chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée. Pour le prix, nous sommes déçus de cet hébergement et nous ne reviendrons pas.
