The property is conveniently located and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff very welcoming.

Excellent service and amenities. Small rooms but that’s expected in Venice. The only complaint from me was that the ac is not cold, but that seems to be a pattern in Italy

Great location. Unfortunately GPS had us walking up and down stairs with our suitcases. Tough going! We didn't know until arrival that the hotel was a 3 minute walk through an alley directly from the water taxi stand ( no steps!) Shower was extremely small. The staff was great and i would definitely stay there again .

The air conditioning did not work, they brought a fan didn’t help much. Had to leave windows open which caused mosquitoes to come in and it was noisy and Smokey from the Restaurants below. When checking in the front desk guy was not very friendly.
