Wonderful location in venice

We enjoyed our quick stay here while passing through Venice. The location was excellent and the room was clean and matched the listing description. We would definitely come back.

Great Location

Perfect spot! So close to train station but still right where you want to be. Great view of canal. Check-in process was very smooth. Common area to stow bags and relax before checking in. Needed assistance and received response in minutes.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The listing advertised AC and there was no AC present in the unit. When we tried to bring this up to the host they became unresponsive and extremely difficult to reach. When we finally did get a hold of them their solution was to leave the windows open, which in return left my husband and I covered in bug bites. We continue to try and get a hold of the property, and still they do not respond.

Soggiorno confortevole
