Overall good
Overall pretty good for the price, the outdoor pool and palm trees were so beautiful to eat dinner on the patio. Only thing not so great is the bathroom in our room was pretty small even for one person, but I imagine higher priced rooms have larger bathrooms

I liked mostly everything. Problem, for me, was the AC unit. When we travel, we expect to have a quiet and comfortable and clean room. I had trouble to sleep because had to choose between turn on the AC and place my headset or turn that off and (after few minutes) starting sweat.

Hotel was great! Great staff, great location, great views, great amenities and great service. The only negative was there was no air conditioner in my room, only ceiling fan. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. But I’ll request a room with AC.

Hotel super barulhento,houve-se as portas batendo, pessoas caminhando no corredor e o frigobar barulhento, imagino que Paredes sejam de dry wall, colchão e roupa de cama de baixa qualidade. Vale no máximo pagar 150 reais.

Quarto velho, cheirando a cigarro, éramos em dois hóspedes e o quarto só tinha uma toalha, cama Velha, lençóis e cobertor ruins, atendimento ruim. Café da manhã ruim, havia acabado o ovo, pedi pra fazer um frito no café da manhã e me informaram que cobrariam a parte!

Controle remoto não estava funcionando e pedimos para trocar diversas vezes e não foi trocado. Ficamos 2 noites sem controle. Restaurante com baixo nível de atendimento. Ao descer para tornar café da manhã, não havia nenhuma mesa limpa.

péssimo custo beneficio
objetivamente ,check in ,demorado e burocratico ,não fornece duas chave, observar se tem ar no quarto ,para não ser extorquido,colchões péssimos e velhos,insetos mortos e cabelos quarto ,tv funciona mau,não atendem telefone ,cuidado só tem uma toalha por quarto ,,piscina suja ,café razoavel ,viajamos em familia quatro pessoas ,dois quartos ,os mesmos problemas , custo beneficio muito ruim ,caro para oque oferece. a não esqueça de levar travesseiros ,para não acordar com dor na cervical ,duros e de péssima qualidade ,no outro quarto meu filho de 22 anos ficou com alergia na pele ,dormiu com almofada da cama ,pois não aguentou o travesseiro.

A estadia foi boa, deixou a desejar no cafe da manhã, pois o cafe estava morno, o bolo sem gosto e solado. O mousse sugerimos que seja feito sem sementes, pois apesar de gostoso não se coloca semente nele. O serviço da arrumadeira estava excelente.
