"Very dated hotel. Photos on Hotels.com could go against the trade description act. Only lobby and top floor nice. All floors in-between at best a 2 star hotel. No air conditioning when 30° outside. Staff not interested in this - room like a sauna compared to the rest of the hotel. Terrible sound insulation, especially at front of hotel. Would never return or recommend."

"An almost perfect stay in Thessaloniki! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, the facilities are modern, and the entire place felt spotlessly clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the excellent shower (water pressure is important:) and the high standard of service from the friendly staff. The only area for improvement would be the vegan breakfast options. Currently, the choices are mostly limited to toast and fruit. Since finding vegan variety in Thessaloniki can be a challenge, having some protein-based options (like tofu, legumes, or plant-based yogurt) would truly make this hotel perfect. Aside from that, everything was flawless. I would definitely love to stay here again!"
