Absolutely top of the line customer service. From the time we arrived until our departure every member of the hotel was exceptional in their service, hospitality and over commitment to taking care of their guest. Best hotel in Thessaloniki! Special shout out to the best staff including but not limited to Aimilios and Vaggelis as they are only the best! Top shelf and great to see they have Thymiopoulos wines which are my fave. Best food as well!
