"Comfortable bed, fabulous pillows, soft towels, lots of tv channel options and youtube, good water pressure, mostly quiet, some construction going on, internet didn't work first day, even with 2 options. Huge patio, no patio furniture and everyone could access it. Toilet seat not tight, no extra toilet paper provided, shower drain was flooding over, bathroom could be a lot cleaner - inside shower floor & wall of sink was dirty and cup. Texted issues first evening I was there, they didnt respond...

"Wifi didn't work. Kept complaining. Just more useless passwords. Eventually gave up. Luckily the hotels and cafes nearby let you use their wifi. If it was in Albania Dubai or Sofia I'd be screwed. Also heat didn't work well. Slept in my full clothes 1st night with quilt too. Eventually it started to heat up and the weather turned milder. I had it on 32 celcius(90 F) highest setting otherwise it wouldn't work at all. Mgt co. is terrible. Otherwise was ok. I would say ok for 1 night but not cold...

"The stay was excellent and staff was very friendly. We stayed an extra day as we really loved the location of this hotel. Staff was amazing getting a room arranged and let us move our stuff in right away! Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about using busses to different cities and assisted with some great places to eat! "Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. It took 5 phone calls to get into the apartment. We were not sent any instructions. The building is a work site with builders sawing and hammering at 11.00pm. The building is full of smoke, despite there being signs on the wall saying it is a smoke free venue. The pillows, towels and bedding stinks of cigarette smoke. We both woke up sick with headaches as the smoke came under the door at night. My sleep apnea machine is now ruined as it is now...
