Nice stay

Hotel is about 4 minutes walk to main street with shops and restaurants. The reception was super friendly. Rooms were clean. The hotel restaurant was very interesting with its transparent basement on byzantium ruins.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The upgrade was a plus as was the attentiveness of the staff. The room very comfortable with a great bathroom. Close to everything as we walked everywhere. A place worth checking out. Located in an urban area of Thessaloniki, this place had all the right vibes. Breakfast was lovely and tasty. Central location amongst everything in Thessaloniki. Staff were extremely helpful in helping us with directions, booking excursions and restaurants nearby. They could not have been more helpful. A special shout out goes to Klara who genuinely cared and made sure that we had an amazing time. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone visiting Thessaloniki

This boutique hotel is a true gem in the location of Thessaloniki. It starts from the amazing stuff and their incredible hospitality. The rooms are also very clean and spacious. The breakfast and generally their food is excellent and their prices reasonable. If I could give some constructive feedback is that the 1st floor rooms can easily hear the noise in the reception area when there is a check in - check out happening . Would love to see some more sound proof options in these rooms next to the doors to help resolve that. Otherwise this is the place to book - also extremely friendly if you have a pet.

Bit of a let down!

Highlights are the cleanliness and both the service at breakfast and the breakfast itself. Less good, we were quite late checking in and given a standard double even though we had booked a junior suite, when I initially went back to reception, I was told we had a suite, and then told we would be moved the following day as they were fully booked. The roof terrace (only outdoor space) is closed which is a shame as it looked like it would have had sone good views (apparently not been opened for a number of year). For a seemingly 5 star boutique hotel, this is lacking on details and service (no porter for bags on check-in, not shown to room, cleaning cloths left in room and bottled water missing one day and only 4 coffee pods for a 6 day stay!)

Not every hotel has a visible Byzantine road under its restaurant. The hotel is in a good state of repair, the staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was fairly quiet for its city centre location once you worked out which way to turn the door latch in the French window.

Hotel is great, staff friendly. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in our room did not work efficiently and my husband had to ask the staff To remove the filter before it flowed efficiently and cooled the room so we could get a good nights sleep. That was the only setback - everything else was wonderful.
