"Lovely huge hotel in the hills overlooking Halong. If you are arriving in Halong the night before your cruise then this is the place to stay. Huge rooms, pool and an incredible view truly set this hotel apart. Highly recommended "

"We had to families in 2 different rooms in Tower 2 (the best one). We had a 2-bedroom suite on the 15th floor facing the ocean. It was very spacious and generally clean. However we found a group of tiny ant-like bugs in one of the room’s closet. Housekeeping came to clean them out. The next morning, there was another group of any-like bugs on a bed. "The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like). Sauna and pool were excellent. The pool is as the photos depicts it. The rooms are in mint condition, the shower and bathrooms are very clean and very modern. Again everything seems brand new. "The view is so amazing from our room. The staffers are so friendly and helpful. The property is good in condition. Food is not really good for breakfast, the dining room is large, but still small for too crowd specially on the weekend. The hallway wasn't really smelling good. Just such friendly opinions. Needs a little improvement, but still recommended to everyone. Loved and was happy to stay here. Will come back as have a change."

"We were here when Typhoon Yagi landed at Halong Bay. Watson premium sustained minimal damage as the building is strong and well constructed. Walk away from restaurants, cafes and amenities. Ideal place to stay. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices of food. Bed is great, room is clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel through Ms Joyce Dang constant communication with me with regard to Yagi typhoon and have us at the basement parking lot for safety. I recommend this place."
