Apartments in Valrose Universite Tram Station

"Location of hotel is excellent: 5 min walk from train station and lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and convenient for 2 people. Only thing was that only one pillow provided and hallways outside the room have a unique smell, sometimes like urine. Hotel is shared with town residents. Overall, would recommend!"

"View and space was incredible! Host was very kind and great with communication. Highly recommend!"

"The property is in a great location. The host was fantastic and gracious. A beautiful balcony with table and chairs. As well as an outdoor drying rack for towels and clothes. The area was quiet and simple to navigate. The only negative was no WiFi. I was hoping to call my family while visiting Nice, but that wasn’t possible. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again."

"Everything about the apartment was great location wise and lots of space, check in was great. The only call out is the pillows for the beds, they are lumpy and made it uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. Pillows definitely need to be updated on the beds."

"Location was fantastic. The apartment was good. It had nice sheets and towels. The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage so we had to keep the windows open so the AC didn’t work as efficient. But it’s also understandable because it’s in an old building an old town again. Location was excellent for old town."

"Great location and hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Spacious apartment, close to everything. Vintage charm with modern upgrades. Perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a home cooked meal. Friendly host greeting is appreciated. Would highly recommend."
