"The location was amazing for getting around Verona--we were in the middle of it all BUT coming home each night to sleep was a bit of a nightmare. The bed was EXTREMELY firm--hardly better than sleeping on the floor. The curtains had cigarette burns in then, the decor was quite dated, and there was lipstick left on the glass in the cabinet. "The service at this hotel was second to none. Our flight was delayed and we were set to arrive after the front desk closed. They waited up for us and even put a beautiful spread of meats and cheeses together out on the patio as we had not had time to eat. The grounds themselves are stunning and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend! "
