"From the listing it is clear that Francesca's property is a loft conversion, so I expected to hit my head on the ceiling at least once. This expectation was realised, but so were my expectations of cleanliness and comfort. The apartment sits at the top of four flights of stairs. It is located in a wonderful part of Verona and is a short stroll from the key sights. The dining options that we found at the foot of the building were excellent and a wonderful surprise. "After a warm and enthusiastic welcome from Truly Italy, the agents for the owners, we found the apartment in a courtyard off a quiet side-street. It is about 10 minutes walk to the Arena. It was hot in Verona in September (30 degrees) and the cool, well designed apartment was something of an oasis to which to return at the end of the day. Recommended,"
