We need a compensation!!!! We booked for 3 rooms with free breakfast.. when we where checking in by 3:30 pm there’s a number to call for the receptionist to come and we waited 30 minutes… the room booked he said was only 2!!! And there’s no breakfast.. he said they removed the free breakfast on the 25th of March! We were not inform!! The room is dirty!! Dusty! Smelly! Microwave is not working! TV is not working!! Blower is not working!!! My husband needs to to dusting.. (lampshade, headboard, tables, counter tops) beddings seems not changed! We can’t sleep! the curtain rods on the other rooms was broken… bed has hairs... no box tissue in all washrooms and it’s dirty too!! . the microwave positioned unsafe! It’s on top of the fridge, unevenly placed! It’s unhealthy rooms for the person with asthma because of dust! I won’t recommend this property!

I was pretty good! They are still renovating so I feel like they can get only better! It was nice and secluded and a steps up there is a campground with tons of wildlife running around. As well the view was stunning!

Hotel was going through some renovations (which is great) but construction debris was left on the ground outside. Even with renovations, room still seemed dated and run down. Amenities listed included a restaurant which is inaccurate.

Would not recommend. To start, we were on a roadtrip from Vancouver to Banff with Radium being our 3rd-night stop. We weren't sure if we were going to make it as there was an unexpected 8 hour road closure on the Hwy due to avalanche management. We called Rocky Mountain Springs Lodge and spoke to the manager to inquire about shuffling our stay to the following night as we were nervous about driving 3hrs on the Hwy in the dark after the road would reopen around 8pm. The manager said he could accommodate this but that he was still going to charge us for our original night PLUS the following night with a discount of $8. He was definitely taking advantage of us in trying to charge us for a night we weren't even going to be using, not the mention he already received payment for the 1 night. We ended up braving the 3hr drive in the dark anyway. Once we got there, the shower wasn't very hot and the water pressure was extremely low. The toilet also didn't flush properly and the room smelled strongly of weed, furthermore the coffee pot looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in weeks. The bedding wasn't very warm and the walls were so thin you could easily hear other guests throughout the night. There was a posted sign in our room saying breakfast was from 830-930; this was false advertisment as we looked everywhere for the breakfast room the next morning and couldn't find it. We even asked other people and they didn't know where it was either and there was no reception staff at th

The room that was booked for us was in a building that was under construction . They changed us to radium challette , this room was very unclean , stains on the rug and walls, heater was stuck on all night and the room was 30 degrees , the towel had multiple holes throughout it .when going to try to get our money back we couldn’t because it was booked through expidia. They said they would fix the heater and clean the room , upon our return , the heater was disconnected and the only cleaning did was done taking the garbages and giving different towels, the next day no turn down service , we had to go get clean towels from the lobby area. Not worth the money that was paid , would expect this kind of service from a 50 dollar hotel.
