"The hotel is ideally located, the staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast as it was quite expensive and there was a fabulous cafe very close by with healthy options at a really good price. We didn’t use the plunge pool or other amenities as we were busy sight seeing beautiful Valencia. We booked a standard room and it was too small, not what we are used to so I do think it was a little overpriced. The rooms were cleaned daily but the floor tiles were stained and it made it look dirty. The shower cubicle had a plain glass door so you need to be comfortable with the person you are sharing the room with. There is a small toilet in the middle of the room with a frosted glass door - really not private at all. There were two condoms on the bedside table which said let the games begin on the box, not really appropriate for old married couples but it gave us a laugh."

"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience during our stay. We booked a room with one double bed, but upon arrival we were given a tiny room with three single beds, two together and one o top of them. When we raised the issue with the receptionist, we were told that no other rooms were available and no alternative solution was offered. Our reservation also included a continental breakfast. However, the only items available were coffee and orange juice. When we asked about the rest of the breakfast, the staff member in the kitchen explained that they did not have anything else available that day. Additionally, the property is advertised online as a hotel, but in reality it appears to be more of a youth residence with shared accommodations. This was not what we expected based on the listing description. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we were disappointed with both the accommodations and the services provided."
