"Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit."

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. "Stayed at this hotel for a recent ski holiday. Beautiful hotel, very cosy, lovely rooms. Lots of communal balconies. Didn’t use the bar however looked lovely with board games and pool. Great boot room. Parking on request for €19 pd. Accessible to slopes by foot, around a 10/15 minute walk depending on how good you are at walking in ski boots. Also, there’s a free bus stop 1 minute walk from the hotel which takes you right to the bottom of the slopes. Great stay, would definitely return next...
