"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"WARNUNG: Dieses Hotel nicht benutzen, wenn Sie mit einer BMW 1250 GS reisen!!! Das Hotel selbst war sauber und das Personal freundlich genug, aber die Dusche war extrem alt, klein und verschimmelt. Außerdem konnte das Badezimmerfenster nicht geöffnet werden, um zu lüften, da das Waschbecken im Weg war. Es gab zudem keine Möglichkeit, das Fenster für Privatsphäre zu verdecken. "Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "
