"Overall a nice experience. A couple of observations though: the room sevice breakfast was cold and you needed to call and ask for butter for your toast. For a 5 star establiahment, it should be a given and provided with your breakfast including a selection of jams, jellies or spreads . Another criticism is that different staff constantly asked if everythjng was okay every few minutes while i was having dinner in the tea rooms. This became very annoying. Also, 2 different wait staff asked...

"The room was perfectly adequate with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. I did find the shower particularly small though. It was disappointing that I was told the restaurant was open as I was looking forward to dining in, but in fact the kitchen was only open for room service and takeaway. I was told it had not reopened after Covid which I thought was strange. I did order a meal and it was tasty. "
