"Hotel was perfectly located for our needs with lots of options for dinner - the front desk staff was so gracious and recommended a few places. Clean hotel with courteous staff. Breakfast could use some more milk options (Almond, Oat) but otherwise pretty standard. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. LOVED the shower. Clean, stocked, wide shower head, with a door - not a shabby liner- and you could adjust the temperature- as opposed to pushing all the way to hot and get tepid water. Was there to attend concert at the Peace Center. Perfectly located and easy to get there. "

"We had a great time! The facility was nice, and the staff—except for security—were very kind and helpful. My kids and I truly enjoyed our stay, especially being within walking distance of everything including downtown Greenville. There was a bridge tournament and a few baseball teams in town for a tournament, which made it feel lively but not overcrowded. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Lisa the bartender was especially friendly and personable—she really made us feel welcome. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Lately, I think all us older generation feel for the way corporate America runs their retail/chain hotels. It seems to me that only having one manager on the floor after normal daytime hours is really lacking responsibility when it comes to customer service and security/safety. The manager assisted in giving me the item that was missing in my room. He offered to bring it up for me. But being that it was in at the time that the office starts to get last minute registration requests, I felt he was needed to manage the front desk. It is rare that I find issues with the hotels I scheduled through Expedia. This particular hotel's owner/manager could use consulting on what needs to be done to bring this facility up to presentable general condition. We all know from the news what the staffing issues are since going through COVID and inflation. We wish all these places and businesses all the best in moving forward it this present time."
