The outside appearance and parking was less to be desired, but the room was clean and comfortable. The reason for a non excellent rating was the heatpump growled and burped all night long. Good place, easy check-in and no hassels for a quick overnight stop.

Check in was amazing. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Upon entering the room, all there was was a bed and a plastic chair. At the sink area there is toilet paper stuck to the wall towards the ceiling. In the shower area there are poop fingerprint smears down the back of the door. It's recently remodeled, we were told, but quite selectively based on what we observed. I, personally, wouldn't stay here again, but, you get what you pay for. If you just need somewhere to lay your head for the night, go ahead.

Well, after we checked in at midnight, everything seemed to be pretty pleasant. But this morning at daylight, I realized the parking lot and surrounding area is not very inviting. There’s absolutely no place if you have a pet for them to relieve themselves because there is no zero grass only concrete and pavement.

The front desk certainly goes out of their way to accomodate you into a room that is comfortable. Initially, we walked into a room where the smoke alarm was making a chirping noise ever few minutes. The front desk more than happily assigned us to an alternate room. From there, the only issue that really existed was that it looked like the tub in the bathroom had a stain impregnated within the fiberglass of it. I don't think it was "wrong" per se, but it made it look like a defect. Overall, this is a 2.9 star hotel doing its very best to remodel itself closely to a 4 or 5 star hotel. For that effort, I give it a 5 star review. The front desk really did do a great job, and I'd recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Granted, you get what you pay for, and if you're wanting 4 to 5 star quality, this may not be it, but it's not because they don't try to accomodate you as best they can. It's a solid option to put your head down at night and to take a shower. Good in that they are dog friendly too.
