"Absolutely great hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay! Room was immaculately clean and had everything that could be needed, plenty of tea and coffee, clean towels, pillows.. everything! During my stay I did actually need some sanitary products at 1am in the morning, went down to reception and the kind gentleman gave me a whole box of tampax tampons and told me no purchase necessary as it was not a ‘luxury’ (although listed for £2 on the website). Could not fault this hotel, and the staff at all! Will definitely be back for another stay here. Brilliant service, well done Leonardo Hotels! 5* "

"This is not a budget hotel! The service, rooms and communal areas are all sublime. It’s the same price as a premier inn and this blows them out the water. And I like premier inns! "

"Amazing location close to everything and train station a few mins walk away Hotel is spotless and rooms is well nice and well kept The beds are so comfortable and pillows which is what you want as it’s important! Staff are super friendly welcoming and helpful. This hotel should be a 5* Even the food and bar service is top tier Room serviced everyday The hairdryer is kept in bedroom drawer in a black bag which saves space . Bathroom was so nice and shower was great We were here for 4 days! And I’d definitely recommend here and this is my go to hotel when visit Manny"
