用不便宜的價錢得到了以下的評價服務 優點- 環境優美，建築非常特別 缺點- 某位男接待的職員溝通能力有很大改善空間 房間很暗 壞冷氣，用餐途中很炎熱 私人風呂沒有私隱，因為對面正在工程中

The hotel location is just 15 seconds walking to the main attractions. Service and facilities are impeccable. The in room spa is large as it’s taking up the width of the entire balcony. We had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel if you travel to Unzen.

如想找一間滿分的酒店， 就是這裏。地點、房間、環境、服務、設施無懈可擊，年輕的員工總面帶微笑，服務細緻，到位貼心，英語能力佳。我住在這裏三晚，品嚐了3次早餐和3次晚餐，料理長精心設計的菜單，不單只沒有重複，每張菜單更迎來不同的驚喜，加上當地的新鮮食材，離開餐卓時十分滿足。

食物品質不錯，餐廳有間格個室，但是略有嘈吵 Check out時間為中午12時，温泉水12時正就會自動關閉，有點兒那個呢

環境服務非常好,交通非常方便,在巴士總站隔離,雲仙溫泉隔離,房間只係欠缺支裝水,一個非常愉快的旅程👍👍
