"This house was perfect for our needs. It is fairly new and nicely appointed. Everything one could possibly need (except for food, of course) was provided. For our purposes, the location was great, and we really enjoyed the firepit and nightly sunsets - spectacular! We woke up to the seagulls every day, took some nice walks in the woods at nearby nature preserves, went to 2 of Maine’s prettiest lighthouses, and enjoyed lots of lobster. "The owners really have put so much thought into hosting. The attention to every need did not go unnoticed. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. We only stayed 3 nights as we were traveling to different areas, but did not want to leave here. The porch was a favorite spot, especially in the rain. "Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!"
