"Very clean and staff very friendly "

"A toilet flush issue on arrival at my room which I mentioned to reception on my way for dinner in the bar. A guy came and found me to say they were unable to fix it that evening and so would like to move me. He offered to move all of my bags while I finished dinner. I was so grateful after a very long drive that day. He was great at breakfast one morning too, really efficient and a credit to the team. All of the staff were lovely but I’d also call out a young lady at breakfast Wed, Thur, Mon - she was super polite and remembered my drink order. Little touches go a long way. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Great location for the purpose of my visit "

"Staff were variable from courteous and welcoming to indifferent. The spa facilities are too small for the size of the hotel. Menu options were uninspiring and generally overpriced. Best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly the fantastic view"
