"The pool was cold and sauna wasnt working. These were two of the main reasons we booked the stay. I rang before booking to ensure a pet friendly property was available and no one mentioned this. The accomodation was very basic with a really hard bed in the master. The kettle leaked from the base, there was broken glass underneath my son’s bed and one of the seats of the sofa was collapsed. "We had a lovely stay at Curlew cottage. Appledore was a great spot and we loved the walks and local pubs, shops and nature. The house was as described and we had a very comfortable stay. The view from the garden, over the estuary was special and we loved spending time out there.in all weathers. Communication with Stephanie was easy and we had everything we needed.Thank you!"

"Had a lovely stay. We booked an apartment which turned out to be a lovely bungalow. The accommodation was a little dated but spotlessly clean and very spacious, great little extras such as kitchen roll, tea towels etc. resort was beautiful, highly recommend the leisure facilities it’s a shame there’s no restaurant. The bar is open 5-10pm but it would be good to be able to get a drink or coffee during the day. Came for a rest and it was perfect. I hope to come back one day. "
