"Beautiful home conveniently located in the Sun River Valley…quiet and off the beaten path. We were able to visit family in Great Falls and spend time with our son, daughter in law and newest grandson for his first Christmas on their ranch near Simms. We really miss the Montana lifestyle but our ten days in Ft Shaw will have to do until we can come back. Based on availability we would stay here again...and again (nobody has enough room for guests). The host was fantastic and always available to...

"We had a group that stayed in 3 units of the Iron Trout. Every unit was well furnished and decorated and most importantly had comfortable beds. We've stayed in several VRBO's and it seems the trend is to place cheap, hard-as-a-rock beds that look nice. You won't get stuck with hard beds here - they're medium firm and gave us a great night's sleep."

"The rates were resonable. It is an older hotel but it's clean, everything in my room worked. Staff was helpful And courteous. Continental Breakfast was good staff was Courteous along with the Cascino and it's staff and the food was great. Had no problem getting a shuttle ride to airpot. I have no complaints. Will stay again this year and hopefully In my same room. "
