"Great quiet place in the country plains away from town on a ranch, but still close enough to town to run for anything you needed - 20 minutes. Easily sleeps at least 6-8 people. Would just suggest a fan during the summer for air movement in each sleeping area, otherwise nothing to complain about. Nice, clean basement living quarters. Host was gracious when we arrived about 45 minutes early and let us check in right away. The host was quick to respond when messaged via VRBO with any questions. Would definitely stay here again."
