Great property. Love the rooms and the breakfast is excellent. We have stayed here a few times and love the hotel. Only downside is the limited parking. Staff are helpful and courteous. We will stay again when we visit our son who is stationed at Malstrom AF base.

We heard this place was recently renovated and when I say WOW I mean WOW! I have never seen a staff more accommodating and friendly. They were polite, offered water, cookies and complimentary beverages and breakfast they deliver to your room! This place was top notch and we were very impressed!! Thank you.

Great short stay at The Gibson! Claire at the front desk gave us so many recommendations on things to do. Were welcomed with a wine and beer and the warm cookies were the icing on top. Other hotels could take notes on how much the staff went above and beyond!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. You get a pass for a free drink at the bar across the street, complementary cookies and milk, and breakfast served to your room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls in the future I will stay there —most definitely!

The hotel was very clean and new looking. The staff was extremely friendly and we even received a complimentary beverage upon checking in (either a glass of wine or a glass of local draft beer). The room was very comfortable and inviting, perfect for a quick little trip. Walking distance to a few restaurants, little boutique stores and breweries. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Great location downtown. A few hiccups checking in with Expedia but remedied quickly. Their beer/wine on arrival was not working (I had read about it) but they offered drink vouchers for next door which was very nice. Very comfortable and large rooms, well equipped. This is a little gem.

Checked in and were offered a small glass of beer or wine. Asked if we wanted to order breakfast for morning which was delivered to our room. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff super nice and friendly. We were given a room without a window. We will request a window room next time. Close enough to walk to various restaurants and drink establishments. They also will deliver cookies and milk to your room upon request.
