"Hotel charged $400 for the deposit when we arrived then charged another $400 when we checked out so I was charged $800+ and they can’t do anything or help in any way and I would have to wait for a week to see if the hold is released Taking out $800 for deposit is sickening as it was more than the actual hotel stay $97 a day to park plus $45 destination fee is outrageous . When I called to resolve the issue the hotel tells me we have other guest standing in front of them then hangs up .the gentleman’s parking the cars were amazing to my family and I but the rest of the staff is very condescending and brush u off like you don’t matter. I will never stay in a Marriott hotel ever again especially when they nonchalantly double charged my card and told me they can’t do Anything about it i just have to wait to see what happens "

"Great location and affordable for a quick stay. Close to Chinatown, several restaurants and you can walk down to the water. Rooms are small and very little counter space in the bathroom. Definitely a deal for those on a budget though!"
