"I’ve been to San Francisco many times over the years and stayed in several high-end properties. This property is by far the best place I have stayed in the city and will be back."

Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf
10/10 Excellent
"Walking distance to the wharf and super clean room. "
"The hotel was clean and very well kept. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet at night. For the most part, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. If you are driving in and are unfamiliar with the area, pull right in on the east side of the hotel and valet park. It's costly,($75 per night), but well worth it. The only thing I can say that is negative is that they have a night time "security" guard who really needs to brush up on his people skills. If you aren't in the lobby very late, or very early, (I'm an early riser), you won't see him. Other than him, everyone is wonderful. I would definitely stay again. "
"We loved our stay at the Wharf Inn. It was within walking distance to lots of stuff. Price was great! Rooms weren’t fancy but it was all we needed. They were clean and had all the amenities we wanted. "
"The Argonaut is a great place to stay, easy access to all the attractions, The Blue Mermaid has a great menu, we had multiple meals there and enjoyed everything. Staff is great, any questions just ask. Would easily book here again for a future trip. We have stayed in all the major chain hotels on the wharf over the years but the Argonaut is the nicest by far, had a great 3 night stay! Thanks"
"This hotel was a great place to stay. When we had down time, you can play pool, ping pong, giant Jenga and more all for FREE in the lobby area. Nice fire pits too. There is a restaurant/bar on the adjacent property that you can get to from the hotel courtyard, very nice option to have. While our room was a bit small and cramped, it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place."
