"Everything was great. The rooms were clean and the a/c actually worked this time. My ONLY issue was the blind strands of hair on the sheets. Had two beds so I was fine."

"Room was clean and recently remodeled. Dish TV channel selection was appreciated. Check in process seemed extraordinarily long. First came the processing of our payment arranged through Hotels.com wrnsite. Then came a security deposit fee. Then came the identify your car license plate. I understand step 3 to a degree. I’m not clear on why many hotels don’t apply a step 2 (deposit). Perhaps I’ve been staying in the wrong parts of town."

"Booked this hotel for a concert I was attending in oracle arena this weekend. The hotel is right off the highway very convenient The hotel its self was really nice inside/outside. I used the gym during my stay not a lot inside mainly just cardio equipment, the one machine that I took advantage of was the cable machine they had very cool that they had one the only downside to it is that there was no other attachments for it just the standard cable grip. I love the little walk way you have for the Hotel very cool, the room I stayed in during my time there was very nice the only downside of the room I stayed at is the lack of lighting in the actual bedroom area and the lock on the door to the actual toilet was broken but overall really loved the shower/tub combo and the balcony right next to the water. Before I forget they do charge for parking and the parking lot on the side of best western gets full at night so keep that in mind. Definitely I hotel I would recommend if you are attending a concert at Oakland arena."

"The room was small but comfortable, clean, and safe. Odd detail, but I think the harsh white lightbulbs in the bedroom made it feel more dingy at first than it actually was. My room was interior-facing, so the window didn't let in natural light or fresh air. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing fancy but met my needs, and having coffee/tea available all day in the lobby was nice. Overall a basic but comfortable place to say on a solo work trip."
