"It overall met my needs for my short stay!"

"We were delayed on our flight and unable to check our voicemail, and this was beyond our control. I didn’t realize my credit card hadn’t been charged yet. We were exhausted and it was after midnight, but the service was excellent. A special shout-out to Cynthia, who graciously accommodated us with a room—even after midnight—which prevented a potential nightmare with three young kids. She also arranged a shuttle for us, which was a wonderful bonus since it had already ended. A big thank-you to Julius as well, who was ready to go home but flexed to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend Cynthia, a gem with outstanding customer service, and Julius for his hard work and friendly demeanor. The hotel is well-kept, kid-friendly, and offers a convenient shuttle to the airport."

"On the plus side, the bed seemed clean, they had AC and Roku so you could watch streaming services. They don't put a TV remote control in each room which you don't find out til you get in your room and look for it. Then they make you come down get it from the front desk instead of having someone bring it up to you. They also only put one roll of toilet paper in each room and you have to go the front desk for that too. You are expected to return the TV remote when you are checking out. One of the drawers partially fell apart when I opened it. Very limited breakfast options. All they had was jelly, steamed buns, cereal, milk, and Sunny D."

"Very warn down accommodation and very unreliable service (they added extra charges to our bill and would provide itemized receipt when asked. We not friendly or willing to help just said we need to speak with a manager who wasn’t working). Would not recommend this place!"
