"The entire hotel reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. We had a non-smoking room, but the smoke seeped through every crack around the door. There was a boisterous party in an adjacent room that kept us awake well past 1 AM in spite of contacting the front desk more than once. The mattress was very thin and hard and there were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. The property is pretty nice since it's new, but it'll be rundown in no time. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else."

"My only complaint about my stay is that the air freshener they were pumping through the lobby and hallways was EXTREMELY over powering. INSTANT HEADACHE. It was so strong and noxious. I would not stay here again only for that reason."

"Let me start with the positives: the room and property is very clean and modern. The location is ideal to many nearby to Bronx Zoo, Fordham Road which was a plus for me.Stores and nearby restaurants. Although its opposite a hospital, noise was not an issue at all for me. Negatives:Firstly, its been 15 days and no deposit has been return to my account. Secondly, an accidental charge was made of 758.88usd and the hotel finds its difficult to update and provide a letter with all neccessary details for my bank to resolve the issue soonest. Thirdly, I had back pains from the bed after sleeping on the bed. After mentioning the third time did a freindly staff (darkskin gentleman) send extra pillows to my room and fresh towel cause the room was not cleaned on that particular day. Although the room is met clean with adequate towels on checking in, a light cleaning was not done everyday. After the first day. Towel were changed and floor unswept.I had to sweep it myself. Cleaning wasnt always done. Secondly, some of the staff are not very friendly, especially this latino male and female clear in complexion who normally runs the morning shift. Otherwise all other workers are friendly. I just want my issues to be resloved. Not a bad hotel at all but for me personally my experience was. Am sure others may find it quite suitable for their needs. "

"Property was clean, albeit in a unique neighborhood. The staff were fantastic ans very helpful with items we forgot, and went above and beyond bringing champagne flutes up to our room for a bottle we purchased. They were welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay near laguardia."

"Blood stains on the sheets. Switch to another room, sheets dirty as well. Nothing was cleaned. Will never stay there again."
