"From start to finish everything was exceptional! The property is perfectly located in the Old Quarter… you can walk to any spot there is! The staff was amazing! Jimmi and Celena were amazing and helped us with everything! Whatever we needed they assisted us! Jimmi made sure we were comfortable and assisted us with laundry and getting rides! He also helped me with WhatsApp haha! Celena was great! We wanted to get massages and pedicures which are everywhere… but he walked us to the best one and made sure we were okay! There was also the sweetest young lady who seemed to do it all! I believe she mainly made our breakfast, but I’m sure she did more! Always a smile on her face! Gave us tips! Made the best chicken and beef pho!!! "

"This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle."

" We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it. Not only is location perfect and the value for money excellent, but the staff here are truly wonderful. They really could not do enough for us during our stay and helped us with every little query, even setting up grab on our phones! We accidentally misread our flight time on the morning we were checking out and they swiftly helped us reschedule our taxi and make our flight on time. There are loads of wonderful restaurants around and it is the ideal location for day trips (most tours will collect you from the lobby).
