"The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in on the Hilton app and use a digital key which made checking in super easy. The breakfast food was high quality, and my kids enjoyed the pool.
The hotel was very full with hosting a wedding and numerous events being held at the same time in Milwaukee, but there was plenty of parking and the staff accommodated everyone graciously.
I saw previous reviews about a/c not working in rooms, but ours worked great. It was triple digit heat index outside, but our room remained in the upper 60s the entire trip.
I highly recommend this hotel."
"Great beds (slightly soft topper but firm underneath), clean, nice staff and food furnishing. Some aspects of the space are slightly worn, but the furnishings are in good shape. Would return happily. "
"I got two free drinks the staff kind & polite because took care of my over drafted payment, the staff kindly fixed 3 payments which I didn't pay, I did pay $450.00 , the gentleman kindly said those payments put back into account by this week"
