A stylish and spacious three-level cabin created for comfort. With room for everyone to spread out and a relaxing outdoor area, it’s the perfect escape for families and groups looking to unwind in the mountains! 🏔️

The property is spread out over three floors with four dedicated bedrooms and three bathrooms, one on each floor.

On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin bunk beds.
On the top floor is the master with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a small twin room, with trundle. (Please note the crib is no longer in that room but we do have a travel crib available)
The bottom floor has a pull out sleeper sofa.

The top floor has a den/play area with a hammock seat and toys, books and crafts for the kids.

The bottom floor has a projector screen and projector with Fire stick for all your movie and streaming needs. This opens to a small deck with table and chairs and a swing seat.

There are two fire places on the main floor.

The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials and has everything you need to prepare a meal for the family.

Outside are two separate play areas for the kids and plenty of seating on the wrap around deck.

Currently the sauna is out of use.

NOTE ABOUT PARKING AND SNOW: Two level parking spaces are available for the house. The driveway is steep but it is fine to park on during the non winter months and can accommodate two cars.

In the event that it snows we will make sure its clear to park for your arrival. BUT it will be the responsibility of the guests to make sure the parking area remains accessible. We can connect you with a local snow removal person if you are not comfortable or able to do it yourself.

The entire property is yours to use. Entry will be by key code.

We will be on hand over the phone to answer any questions or help with any concerns you may have.
Friendly Reminder:
Please take out all trash and return the trash cans to the locked trash enclosure before departure. Wildlife will tear into unsecured trash. Thank you for helping us keep the mountain clean!



Fireworks & Fire Safety Disclaimer (San Bernardino Mountains)

STRICTLY NO FIREWORKS — ZERO TOLERANCE

Due to extreme wildfire risk in the San Bernardino Mountains, the use or possession of fireworks, sparklers, explosive devices, or any similar items is strictly prohibited on this property and throughout the surrounding mountain communities.

This prohibition applies at all times of the year, including holidays.

California Law & Fines

Under California law, the illegal use or possession of fireworks may result in fines of up to $1,000 or more per violation, along with possible additional penalties imposed by local authorities. San Bernardino County and surrounding mountain communities actively enforce these restrictions.

Property Penalties

If fireworks or explosive devices are used, discharged, or suspected to have been used at this property:
• Guests will be charged a minimum penalty equal to double the applicable California fine (up to $2,000 or more)
• Additional charges may apply for fire risk mitigation, cleanup, property damage, or emergency response
• Immediate termination of the stay without refund may occur
• Authorities may be contacted

Wildlife & Community Safety

Fireworks pose a serious threat to homes, forests, wildlife, and neighboring properties. Any activity that risks fire ignition will be treated as a major safety violation.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to full financial responsibility for any violation of this policy.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for direct bookings and group stays. The deposit will be charged to the card on file prior to arrival and refunded after checkout provided there is no damage or rule violations.
