"The property is dated and seems to be a bit rundown. Our balcony was dirty and had exposed wires that were cut off. Our balcony faced the marina which was very busy because the boat/seadoo rentals is right there. We stayed 5 nights and had room cleaning only twice."

"Door to room was made of glass. Not very private and did not block light from outside porch lights. Lit up like a Christmas tree all night. Air conditioner was filthy. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Sink had dried toothpaste in it, tub full of sand and poop smear on shower curtain beside the toilet. ..."
