This immaculate 1600 sq ft Townhouse just steps away from Canadas Warmest Lake is just what you need!! Enjoy a day on the water, relax on a Private Beach, read a book poolside or have a soothing Hot Tub and if you love wine..take a wine tour at one of the 40 Plus Wineries within minutes. After all, this is Canada’s Napa Valley and only Desert!!! If you want the thrill of high speed racing and Go Karts, Area 27 is a short drive away for all of the vehicle enthusiasts. This spacious townhome has it all including a single garage for your vehicle, paddle boards, and it even has built in bike hangers. There are two private parking spots (one in the garage and one numbered spot #113)!!!

It sleeps 6-7 comfortably and speaking of comfort, the Geo Thermal Heat Pump with air conditioning makes for a nice break from the sun!! And there is High Speed Wifi to keep everyone connected!! Have a glass of wine on the patio watching the boat traffic while you watch someone use Natural Gas Weber BBQ!! Eating in makes so much sense at the lake. The Lakehouse has all the trappings of home.
